The Palazzo, dating back to 1700, develops horizontally in a private park of approximately 3 hectares, there are several buildings with rooms and suites and the distances to reach the services, bar, swimming pool, beach are the same from any accommodation. The rooms are distributed between Casa Edoardo, the historic building, and the Villas of the Park, two structures of more recent construction.
There are stairs to reachservices. There are no elevators.

Suite con Terrazza. Decorated in a traditional style with antiques and hand painted tiles in the bathroom. Situated on the 2 or 3rd floor with no lift, the suite is in Casa Eduardo which is next to the Palazzo. The terrace has wonderful sea views, with sunbeds and an umbrella. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a chilled glass of wine. The seporate walk in shower is also decorated with Vietri hand painted tiles. ;

Set on the ground or upper floor of the the adjoining building to the Palazzo or in the more modern buildings in the park , this twindouble room features air conditioning, a minibar, and free WiFi. Some rooms may have a patio or a terrace with views of the garden and propertys wall. Other rooms look out to the village. The bathroom features a bath with shower overhead and Vietri ceramic tiles. ;
